Ground Floor:

Kitchen is fitted with built in bar, handy dish washer, upgraded cooker, lovely family breakfast bar/island, also a pantry with extra fridge space and extra storage space and a extra guest toilet, small warm dining room with a cozy fireplace.
Livingroom is bright and warm with a built in fire place, drawing area for the kids while the grow ups can sit back and relax to the scent candles while watching their favorite movies :)
Study/Games room comes off the living room and are greeted by strong bold warm colours, have to PC gaming rigs and office space with built in storage and bookcase and gaming rigs (x2) located at the front.
First floor:
Landing you are greeted by a tropical fish tank and it's an easy keep so it won't be extra work!
Master bedroom warm earthy colours, built in wardrobe, lovely wall mirror as center piece, nice and comfy double bed and also comes with it's own bathroom fitted with shower, toilet and sink.
Split Double single room, Split for a boy and a girl (or in my case one my girls is a tomboy) has a study with computer and hand painted paintings, lovely wall mounted butterflies and extra storage space, built in wardrobe for them both, comes with chemistry set, violins and toy boxes and extra toys :D TOYS TOYS TOYS!
Crafts room is fitted with a workmen bench and a pumpkin crafting table, storage for art work and a little table for your green tea's :D art work placed around the place :)
Garden:
We walk out on to decking with glass roof, greeted by hand crafted wooden benches and tables with matching fabrics, planted flowers in brightly painted pots while listening to the wind chimes sing :)
as we leave the decking we walk down a few steps and comes across a small planting plot, with the birds flying around the bird feeder and the sounds of the water feature, sounds peaceful enough to meditate and do some yoga, or just sit back and take back all the sun :) or hit the BBQ and have the family eat out side then go for a dive in the pool once dinner has settled or maybe the adults would like to relax in the sauna? or grandma wants to paint under the big old oak tree? there's something for everyone in this house :D
